Kate has been teaching fitness classes for over four years. She opened the CC Fly Fitness in Feb 2019 and enjoys teaching to such an amazing community of fitness enthusiasts. When she isn't teaching classes you can find her with her husband and two girls having fun and enjoying life! 

Victoria

Find length and strength through barre movement with Victoria. Victoria likes to focus on dynamic, coordinated, and controlled movements to help you find the barn burn whether it's through arms, abs, thighs, or tush. Let's make a barre-ty of it... you won't regret it!
